More detailed information can be found in the 'Treatment Info' sections on the website.

6. Appointments and Bookings

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.

  • Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session.  The full fee will still apply.

  • New clients will be required to complete a consultation form before treatment.

7. Cancellation Policy

As a self-employed therapist, late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on both the running of my practice and my income.

I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Ideally, at least 48 hours’ notice is preferred; however, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

This allows me the opportunity to offer the time to another client who may be waiting.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at the full session fee.

I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and these will be considered at my discretion.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.

7. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change with notice.

  • Accepted payment methods are cash or bank transfer.

  • Payment is due at the time of appointment or immediately after unless otherwise agreed.

8. Professional Boundaries

  • All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic.

  • To maintain hygiene, client comfort, and professional standards, all clients are required to remain appropriately covered with underwear during treatments.  Professional draping techniques are also used at all times to ensure privacy and comfort.

  • Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment required and refusal of any future bookings.
